Matsyafed Malipuram Fish Farm: A Unique Aqua Tourism Experience

Matsyafed, the Kerala State Co-operative Federation for Fisheries Development Ltd., was established on March 19, 1984, as an Apex Federation of primary level welfare societies in the coastal fishery sector with the goal of promoting the production, procurement, processing, and marketing of fish and fish products in order to ensure the economic and social development of the fishermen community.

Admission to the farm is from 10 AM, and you can spend time there until 5 PM. Admission rates are INR 300 and INR 450. The Rs 450 package includes a rowing boat, a pedal boat ride, baiting, and fishing. Lunch, tea, and snacks are also included in this package, Lunch is available from 1.30 to 2.30 p.m.
