Pazhassiraja Archaeological Museum is an art gallery and museum at East Hill, Calicut, Kerala managed by the Kerala State Archaeology Department. The museum has a large collection of historical artifacts from 1000 BC to 200 AD. The museum has megalithic-age displays and the Civilization of the Indus Valley. Ancient pottery, toys, stone, and other metal sculptures are among the exhibits.
The museum’s collection contains coins, temple styles, burial urns, and umbrella stones (tombstones of rulers). The Pazhassiraja Archaeological Museum also has a great collection of weapons used in wars by the British and the French.
