You can hire a country boat from Nedunganda village for around Rs 500 per hour or Rs 1500 for half a day. The island is located about 10 kilometers away from Varkala where the nearest railway station is located. The closest airport is Thiruvananthapuram International Airport which is located 36 kilometers away.
