The Bio Park and Kalipoika are a litter-free zone; depositing and throwing any kind of waste into the Water is a punishable offense. A penalty of INR 100 will be imposed for any kind of violation. However, one can carry water bottles inside by paying INR 50 at the ticket counter, which will be reimbursed when you take the bottle back with you upon exit.
