Public transport to reach Kava is very limited, to reach Kava, one has to take the Malampuzha-Kanjikode road and turn left to Kava-Anakkal road. Though it’s not recommended, you can also walk to Kava, straight after the dam along the catchment area. No doubt, Kava would be a delightful memory for nature lovers and photographers. The season begins when the first cloud begins to darken at the start of the rainy season. During your monsoon tours, you cannot avoid visiting Kava.
