Neyyar Dam is a rubble masonry gravity-type dam located on the Neyyar River in the Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala. It is situated at the foot of the Western Ghats and is about 30 km away from Thiruvananthapuram town. It has a height of 56 m (184 ft) and a length of 295 m (968 ft). The Neyyar Dam is a source of irrigation water and supplies drinking water to the surrounding areas. It is also used for generating hydroelectric power with a capacity of 15 MW.

The rates for these rides are as follows: the speed boat, which accommodates three people, costs ₹ 750 for 10 minutes, while the safari boat, which accommodates six people, costs ₹ 750 for 20 minutes and ₹ 1100 for 30 minutes.
