The Kozhikode Planetarium is the crown jewel of the centre. With a seating capacity of 250, it hosts around 1200 shows annually, drawing in students, science lovers, and travelers alike. Its advanced Carl Zeiss projection system, imported from Germany, brings the mysteries of the universe alive, projecting stars, planets, and galaxies onto the domed ceiling with impressive clarity and depth. Whether you’re a budding astronomer or simply fascinated by the cosmos, this immersive experience leaves a lasting impression.
Adjacent to the Planetarium is the Science Centre, home to a range of interactive and hands-on exhibits. The Fun Science Gallery, Molecular Science displays, and engaging optics and gravity demonstrations invite visitors to interact and learn playfully.
