Thenmala Hanging Bridge

Thenmala Hanging Bridge is one of the attractions at Thenmala Ecotourism in the Kollam district of Kerala. The bridge is built across the Kallada river and it’s being a great experience for tourists to walk through the bridge and enjoy the enchanting view of the Thenmala Dam and its lush green surroundings. The bridge has the capacity of carrying 20 people at the same time and it’s a restriction set by the authority.

The hanging bridge is part of the leisure zone at Thenmala Ecotourism and the tickets for the bridge are available from the Thenmala Ecotourism office and cost around INR 60. The bridge is accessible for visitors from 9 AM to 5 PM on all days of the week. The best time to visit Thenmala is from November to February.
